Accelya Kale Solutions Ltd. announced the launching of REVERA Airmail, a part of the company's leading Revera Revenue Accounting Suite that includes REVERA PRA, REVERA CRA, REVERA Interline and APEX Proration.
Most airlines use cargo or legacy systems to manage their airmail accounting. However, airmail business is governed by Universal Postal Union (UPU) rules and regulations and its billing and settlement procedures are complex and different from cargo business. To fill this gap, Accelya has launched REVERA Airmail.
The company said six airlines across Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa were already using REVERA Airmail. The solution enable them to simplify and streamline their airmail revenue accounting process, minimize processing errors and maximize productivity through automation, manage complex contract rates with customers by using a comprehensive pricing engine, reduce rejections and improve cash flow through high accuracy in invoicing and reduce cost of operations with pay per use pricing.
Speaking on the occasion, Heal-Airlines SBU Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee said, "Airmail is a high yield business for airlines. It requires specialized knowledge and processes that are different from cargo. Therefore, we are launching REVERA Airmail as a stand-alone solution to address this need of airlines.
At the BSE, Accelya Kale Solutions shares are currently trading at Rs.445.50, up 0.01 percent from the previous close.
