First Solar Inc. (FSLR) announced after the close Tuesday that it commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 shares of its common stock.
First Solar gapped open lower Wednesday and declined for the majority of the afternoon. Shares finished down by 5.63 at $46.66. The stock dropped to a 1-month low.
