Waterlogic Plc (WTL.L), a drinking water purification and dispensing systems maker, said it has appointed John Skidmore as Group Chief Financial Officer. Skidmore initially qualified with Deloitte before spending 16 years with PHS group rising from group financial controller to divisional Finance Director and subsequently CFO. John would join Waterlogic's board from June 17, 2013.
Separately, the company has agreed a five year, $60 million credit facility with HSBC and Clydesdale bank. As announced on May 24, 2013, this is one of the last conditions prior to the acquisition of the Cool Clear Water Group Ltd. The completion of the transaction would be announced shortly.
