The pound extended previous session's rally against the Swiss franc in early deals on Monday.
The sterling rose to a 5-day high of 1.4522 against the franc around 6:30 am ET, almost 1.5 percent appreciation from last week's fresh 7-week low of 1.4310.
On the upside, the pound-franc pair may find target around the 1.4550 level.
