Netflix Inc. (NFLX) announced Monday morning that it signed a multi-year agreement with DreamWorks Animation (DWA), for new original TV series. The companies have not revealed the financial aspects of the deal and details of the series.
Netflix gapped open sharply higher Monday and is now up 10.63 at $224.62. The stock has climbed to a week and a half high.
DreamWorks Animation has also gapped open sharply higher, currently up 1.67 at $24.48. The stock has broken out to a new high for the year.
