Late Friday, media reports announced that Charter Communications (CHTR) discussed the idea of a merger of equals with Time Warner Cable (TWC) a few weeks ago.
Time Warner Cable gapped open lower Monday and is now down 1.57 at $102.36. The stock is pulling back from the highs of the year.
