Raymond James upgraded its rating on shares of FLIR Systems Inc. (FLIR) Tuesday morning to "Strong Buy" from "Market Perform."

FLIR Systems gapped up Tuesday and spiked higher at the open. Shares are now up 1.30 at $26.25 and have risen to a 2-month high.
