EmberClear Corp. (EMB.V) announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 10, 2013 each of the six nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated May 9, 2013 were elected as directors of EmberClear Corp. to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly elected.
In addition, the company said Albert Lin will resign as Chief Executive Officer effective June 30, 2013 and will remain as Chairperson on the Board of Directors. David Anderson, currently the Chief Financial Officer for the Company, will assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer.
The company noted that Raj Suri, will remain President and assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer. Suri has over 18 years of experience in finance predominantly in the energy business.
