Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.36 after the bell Tuesday, down from $0.60 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.34.
Adobe Systems gapped open sharply higher Wednesday, but was range-bound throughout the session. Shares finished up by 2.42 at $45.78, with volume at a 6-month high. The stock rose to over a 5-week high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
