The yen extended previous session's downtrend against the Canadian dollar in early European deals on Thursday.
The yen fell to an 8-day low of 94.64 against the loonie around 3:10 am ET, down significantly from yesterday's close of 93.80. On the downside, the yen may find support around the 95.30 level.
