Jadestone Energy Plc (JSE.L), an upstream oil and gas company focused on Asia-Pacific, said on Tuesday that it has appointed, Andrew Fairclough as its new Chief Financial Officer with effect from October 29.
He will succeed Bert-Jaap Dijkstra, who, as announced earlier, decided to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.
Currently, Fairclough is a Non-Executive Director of Corcel Plc, a gas exploration and production company focused on Angola and Brazil.
From 2020 to 2023, he was CFO of Serinus Energy Plc, an energy firm with operations in Romania and Tunisia.
