Chimerix To Seek Accelerated FDA Approval For Dordaviprone In Recurrent Glioma By Year-End

Chimerix, Inc.(CMRX), a biopharmaceutical company, is planning to submit a New Drug Application to the FDA for accelerated approval of Dordaviprone as a treatment for recurrent H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma by the end of 2024.

H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma is an aggressive and often fatal form of brain cancer that affects more than 2,000 patients annually in the U.S. This type of glioma is very difficult to treat, with limited therapeutic options available for patients.
