Actuate Therapeutics Reports Positive Interim Phase 2 Data Of Elraglusib In Pancreatic Cancer

Actuate Therapeutics Inc. (ACTU), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, on Tuesday, announced encouraging interim results from its ongoing Phase 2 trial of elraglusib in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (GnP) in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in 1-year survival rate and median overall survival compared to GnP alone.
