Franklin Street Properties Corp. (FSP), Friday, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock for the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
The dividend is set to be paid on February 13, to stockholders of record as of January 24.
FSP is currently trading at $1.76 down 2.76 percent or $0.05 on the New York Stock Exchange.
