Verastem Inc. (VSTM), doing business as Verastem Oncology, Wednesday announced the appointment of Matthew Ros as chief operating officer.
Previously, Ros had served as chief executive officer and board director at FORE Biotherapeutics, an oncology company.
In the pre-market hours, Verastem's stock is climbing 4.13 percent, to $5.25 on the Nasdaq.
