RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ), a self-advised, publicly traded real estate investment trust, on Thursday announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Sean Mahoney will be retiring in May.
Mahoney has 30 years of experience in the industry and seven years in the company. Mahoney will continue to serve as CFO until a smooth transition is expected in May and will be an advisor if needed in the future.
The CFO search is underway, the company said.
In the pre-market trading, RLJ Lodging Trust is 0.11% lesser at $8.95 on the New York Stock Exchange.
