RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (RDHL) Tuesday said it has won its petition to attach the assets of Kukbo Co. Ltd in the Court in South Korea. This follows about $8.25 million plus legal fees and costs summary judgment ruling in RedHill's favor by the New York Supreme Court.
The case refers to Kukbo's failure to make payments to RedHill, pursuant to subscription and licensing agreements signed by the companies in October 2021 and March 2022, respectively.
