Gilead Sciences (GILD) saw significant selling pressure on Friday after the company reported its second quarter earnings. Shares gapped open lower and then lacked direction in the first hour before easing throughout the rest of the session.
The stock broke support and slipped below its 50-day moving average. Shares closed at their lowest level since mid-April, down $5.87 at $49.53.
