Jack in the Box Inc. (JBX) said it appointed Winifred Markus Webb to its board of directors, effective July 31, 2008. Webb, who has 26 years experience in treasury, investment banking, institutional and retail investor relations and capital markets, is senior vice president of strategic communications and investor relations for Ticketmaster, a live entertainment ticketing and marketing company.
