Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc. (ZPP.V) said it signed an agreement with its major shareholder, Zongshen Industrial Group to amend the Master Support Agreement that was signed and announced in January 2008.
The amending agreement grants Zongshen PEM Power Systems, the exclusive global rights to the production and sale of low emission gas motorbikes with an engine capacity of up to 50cc's.
