ATW Venture Corp. (ATW.V) said it signed an assignment agreement with Jixing Ma to acquire up to a 90% interest in the Prominent Hill Gunbarrel Project located in the North Eastern goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 220 kilometres east of ATW's 100% owned Burnakura Gold Mine Project.
According to the agreement, ATW will initially acquire a 51% interest in Gunbarrel for a payment of C$140 thousand and issue of 2 million common shares to Jixon Ma.
The company also announced the completion of the 2008 drill program at its Amarillo copper-gold project in Argentina.
