MediSolution Ltd., (MSH.TO) announced the signing of a partnership agreement with GFI Business Solutions to deliver a fully integrated Human Capital Management solution to the healthcare and service sector market. The modular Human Capital Management product portfolio would combine the components from both companies existing platforms and will encompass payroll, human resources, electronic timesheets, employee self-service, time and attendance, and its staff scheduling and recall lists features.
Based on existing partnership agreement between the two companies, the new agreement would combine GFI Business Solutions' Magistra HR solution with MediSolution's Virtuo Payroll solution creating a unique application with specific features for the healthcare and service sectors.
Further, MediSolution said that both the companies will closely collaborate on a joint development plan and leverage a combined pool of dedicated developers to considerably accelerate time to market and the delivery of a fully integrated feature-rich solution for healthcare and service sector customers.
