Guaranty Financial Group Inc. (GFG) announced that it elected Kenneth Dubuque as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company noted that the new role is in addition to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company said that it appointed current board member, Larry Temple, as Lead Director of Guaranty, which is a newly created position. Guaranty also announced the election of James Unger to its Board of Directors.
Guaranty Financial added that Kenneth Jastrow, Leigh McAlister, Raul Romero, and Bill Walker retired from its Board of Directors.
