Shares of Build-A-Bear Workshop (BBW) rose in waves throughout the morning on Wednesday and then traded in a range for the remainder of the day. The stock closed up 60 cents at $7.50 on strong volume.
With the nearly 9% gain, the stock moved firmly above its 50-day moving average to set a monthly closing high.
