Monday, Taylor Nelson Sofres Plc (TNS.L) said it continues to recommend that its shareholders reject the offer by WPP Group Plc (WPP.L) by taking no action in response to the offer and, in particular, that they do not complete the form of acceptance that they have received with WPP's Offer document.
Taylor Nelson was responding to the announcements by WPP Group of the low level of acceptances received in relation to its offer announced on July 9, 2008.
