Thornburg Mortgage (TMA) declined in pre-market trading, after the company revealed the further extension of its exchange offer and consent solicitation.
The stock was down 4 cents just after 9:20 am ET, sliding to 38 cents. If pre-market losses hold, the stock will open at its lowest level in about a week.
