Angered by a rocket attack in southern Israel the previous day, Israeli army closed commercial crossing points into Gaza on Monday.
The Karni and Sofa crossings, the main gates through which trucks enter Gaza, and fuel pipes at Nahal Oz crossing were closed. The Erez crossing will open only for urgent medical cases.
One of the four rockets fired from northern Gaza Strip exploded in the Israeli city of Sderot, prompting defense minister Ehud Barak to order the closure of gateways to Gaza. No casualties were reported in the rocket-blast.
Palestinian Islamic movement Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, blamed Israeli government of deliberately violating the ceasefire by shutting down the crossing points.
Israel shut the crossings on August 26 after militants fired two rockets into Western Negev.
