Macerich Co. (MAC) traded to the downside for the majority of Friday morning and slipped further late in the afternoon. The stock closed lower by $6.33 at $48.12 on the highest volume of the year.
Macerich has been falling sharply since Wednesday. The stock dropped below support on Friday, to set a new low for the year.
