Thursday, Desert Commercial Bank (DCBC.OB) reported the appointment of Harry Gooding as Chief Financial Officer. Gooding will be based in the business bank's executive offices in Palm Desert.
Gooding will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and investment operations throughout Desert Commercial Bank's two-county market. Previously, Gooding was a senior executive of the former Valley Independent Bank, which was absorbed by the Dutch-based institution Rabobank.
