Tuesday, Rainmaker Systems Inc. (RMKR) said it received an expansion of its lead development agreement from its current Fortune 500 global network-computing client that extends its global response management program to include telecoverage of the Asia-Pacific region.
Under the expanded agreement, Rainmaker Asia in Manila will serve as a central telemarketing center for lead development in Asia-Pacific and utilize Rainmaker's proprietary LeadWorks as a centralized and completely localized, multi-lingual Customer Relationship Management tool encompassing nine countries in the region.
