DCC plc.(DCC.L) announced that it has acquired the fuel card business of Cooke Holdings Limited. The cash consideration paid for the business, net of average cash acquired, was €10.1 million or Stg£9.5 million.
Cooke Fuel Cards sells approximately 105 million litres of motor fuels per annum through fuel cards which it markets under a number of leading brands to approximately 5,000 customers who operate commercial vehicle fleets.
