Dundee REIT (D_U.TO) posted fourth quarter funds from operations of C$17.0 million or C$0.82 per unit, compared to C$15.8 million or C$0.75 per unit in the last year quarter.
Adjusted funds from operations for the quarter was C$11.7 million or C$0.57 per unit, compared to C$10.7 million or C$0.50 per unit in the year-ago quarter.
Net operating income for the quarter was C$30.8 million, up from C$29.4 million in the previous year quarter.
Rental property revenues for the quarter were C$50.4 million, up from C$47.7 million in the prior year quarter.
