CACI Int'l says it respectfully disagrees with Court ruling in Iraq Lawsuit - Quick Facts

Monday, CACI International Inc (CAI) said that it respectfully disagrees with the ruling by the U.S District Court in Virginia denying the company's motion to dismiss a case alleging abuse at Abu Ghraib prison. CACI said it intends to vigorously pursue all of its legal alternatives to defend itself and vindicate the company's good name.

CACI noted that it has rejected the allegations against the company in this lawsuit from day one, and continues to do so. According to the company, the court's ruling cannot obscure the fact that none of the four Iraqi plaintiffs alleges any interaction with anyone affiliated with CACI. Rather, their entire action is based upon an undefined 'conspiracy' involving the Department of Defense and the military.
