ONEOK Partners (OKE) announced a public offering of 5 million of its common units Tuesday morning.
ONEOK Partners gapped down sharply Tuesday and declined for the bulk of the afternoon. Shares finished down by $2.82 at $45.81 on the highest volume of the year. The stock closed at nearly a 2-month low and fell below both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
