Glen Beck's "Restoring Honor” rally, which was also aimed at raising funds for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, at times had the air of a church revival.

“Something beyond imagination is happening. Something that is beyond man is happening,” he said. “America today begins to turn back to God.”

He added, “For too long, this country has wandered in darkness and we have wandered in darkness in periods from the beginning.”

“We have lost too many heroes in this nation. Heroes are just people who stand and do the right thing, usually at their own peril.”

“Our fighting men and women do the things that most of us don’t even want to think about. They do it while we’re asleep. They do it while we’re at play. The point is they do it because it is their calling.”
