They are Viela Bio's Uplizna for the treatment of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, Utragenyx Pharma's Crysvita to treat tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO), a rare disease characterized by low phosphate levels in the blood and softened bones, and Novartis' Ilaris for the treatment of Active Still's disease, a rare and serious autoinflammatory disease.
