Evergreen Solar Inc. (ESLR) is falling during pre-market trading on Friday following the company's release of its pricing for a new stock offering.
At 8:58 am ET the stock is at $9.90 down $0.93 from Thursday's close.
With the decline, the stock stands to open below recent support and at its lowest level in about two weeks.
The company announced the pricing of its public offering of $325 million aggregate principal amount of 4% senior convertible notes due 2013.
