Imaginatik plc (IMTK.L) in its update on trading for the 6 month period ended 30 September 2009 said trading is proceeding in line with market expectations for the full year.
The Board expects to report a loss for the six months to 30 September 2009. Also, the Board remains confident of a successful outcome to the year as a whole.
Imaginatik further announced the appointment, with immediate effect, of Matthew Cooper as Non-executive Chairman of the Board, replacing Howard Marshall who retires from the Board on October 9 following three years with the Company.
