Nortel Networks Corp. (NRTLQ.PK) said that it is delaying the auction for the sale of its GSM/GSM-R business, as the auction date for the sale of its global Optical Networking and Carrier Ethernet businesses has been rescheduled to November 20.
The sale of GSM/GSM-R business was previously scheduled to take place on November 20. The company said it is continuing in discussions with interested parties.
Nortel will provide an update on matters relating to the sale of the GSM/GSM-R business during the week of November 23.
