LIGATT Security International (LGTT.PK) announced that it has filed a civil and criminal complaint, consisting of a number of charges including theft, embezzlement, fraud, breach of confidentiality agreement and slander against Lakesha Wilson, former President and COO of LSI.
The lawsuit was filed in Fulton County, Georgia.

"I am confident that all matters of this lawsuit will be resolved in its entirety and investors and consumers will have a better understanding of Wilson's sudden departure from the company."
