Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (CTBI) reported that its fourth-quarter net income increased to $6.96 million or $0.46 per share from $6.49 million or $0.43 per share last year.
Net interest income increased to $28.58 million from $25.15 million a year ago. Total noninterest income increased to $10.49 million from $7.31 million a year ago.
Fiscal 2009 net income was $25.06 million or $1.65 per share compared to $23.07 million or $1.52 per share prior year. Net interest income was $105.51 million compared to $103.64 million last year. Total noninterest income was $41.42 million compared to $21.77 million prior year.
