AmeriServ Financial Inc. (ASRV) reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $1.7 million or $0.09 per share compared to net income of $1.6 million or $0.07 per share last year. Net loss available to shareholders was $1.94 million compared to profit of $1.58 million last year.
Net interest income was $8.20 million compared to $8.19 million last year. Total noninterest income was $3.42 million compared to $3.48 million a year ago.
