There seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel for actress Lindsay Lohan, who is taking steps to improve her unstable lifestyle.
"She's fine, she's good," her mother Dina told People magazine on Thursday.
The actress is currently donning a court-ordered alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet, also called a SCRAM device. Just days after the "Mean Girls" star was forced to wear the device, she was already spotted at various clubs. Since then, however, she has done her best to stay out of the public eye.
"I am happy for her," said Lindsay's father Michael. "She's on the straight and narrow. I hope it continues."
Even though Lohan's father supports her choice to clean up her act, he is not so supportive of her upcoming role in the movie "Inferno." The actress is currently casted to play the 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace.
"She better not do that Linda Lovelace movie," said Lohan's father. "Why would any parent want their daughter to do that?"
