LL Cool J has released "We Came to Party," the latest single from his upcoming album, Authentic Hip-Hop. The track, produced by Fatman Scoop, features a verse from Snoop Dogg.

According to Idolator, the song "brings to mind late-90s club rap gems like DMX's "Party Up" or DJ Kool's "Let Me Clear My Throat."

LL's newest album looks to have a bevy of collabs, including Joe, Chuck D of Public Enemy, Travis Barker of Blink 182 and Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello. In a surprise last week, J hinted at a possible collab between he and Eddie Van Halen. Further deets have yet to hit.

Authentic Hip-Hop, from which Cool J has released the singles "Ratchet," "Whaddup" and "Take It," is due May 7 on the S-BRO Music Group label.
