Carrie Underwood recently headlined a "House Party" for MusiCares, a benefit concert that helped to raise over $146,000 for the charity.

The concert was held at the private vacation home of jeweler Johnathon Arndt, located in Brentwood, Tennessee.

In addition to providing his 18,000-square-foot home as the event's venue, Arndt and his partner, Newman Arndt, underwrote the show, meaning that all of the money raised went straight to MusiCares.

"We said, 'We'll take care of everything. You enjoy the sales of the tickets,'" Arndt tells the Tennesseean. "We truly believe in giving back to the community and giving back to the organization 100 percent."

The newspaper also reports that the Arndts are the first people ever to cover the full cost of a MusiCares event, allowing all of the funds to go directly to the charity itself, which helps musicians and members of the music community by providing financial support to those in need.
