Champions Oncology Rises Over 200% In 4 Months...

Shares of Champions Oncology Inc. (CSBR) hit a 52-week high of $17.90 on Monday before closing the day's trading at $14.40, down 17.57%.

The stock was trading around $5.66 when we alerted readers to it on June 6, 2018 in our report titled "True to its name?". The 52-week high of $17.90 represents a gain of 216% from our published price.

Champions Oncology is engaged in the development and sale of advanced technology solutions and products to personalize the development and use of oncology drugs.

In the first fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2018, the Company's non GAAP net income was $565 thousand or $0.05 per share on revenue of $6.2 million. This compared with a non GAAP net loss of $110 thousand or $0.01 per share and revenue of $5.0 million in the year-ago same quarter.

Looking ahead, the Company expects annual revenue growth in excess of 20% for the full year ending April 30, 2019. The annual revenue was $20.2 million for the 12 months ended April 30, 2018.

Although Champions Oncology just had $1.0 million of cash and cash equivalents at first fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2018, it doesn't intend to raise capital to fund operations.
