Wednesday, the media reported that Pantaloon Retail India would be increasing the number of its 'Big Bazaar' outlets in major cities and towns of Tamil Nadu within a short period of time.
The Senior Manager-Operations of Pantaloon Retail India, S. Dharmendra reportedly said that another outlet would be opened in Chennai within a month followed by outlets in Salem, Tiruchirapalli, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Tirupur. He added that the company has strong market in Kerala in South and said that four branches would be launched there shortly.
Dharmendra stated that the company has come out with an exclusive for women, 'Wednesday Bazaar' where free facials free mehendi and free tattoos would be organized for lady customers during Wednesdays and 50% discount on all products, the report added.
