Friday, Canadian merchant bank Jaguar Financial Corp. (JFC.TO) said it acquired 760 thousand common shares of Tiomin Resources Inc. (TIO.TO) at an average price of C$0.055 per share. The shares acquired represent approximately 0.17% of the total issued common shares of Tiomin.
The company acquired shares of Tiomin for investment purposes. Combined with the previously owned common shares of Tiomin, Jaguar now owns a total of 44.68 million common shares, representing approximately 10.03% of the total issued common shares of Tiomin. The 44.68 million common shares were acquired by Jaguar at an average cost of C$0.036 per share.
