IDEXX Laboratories Inc. (IDXX) reported second quarter EPS of $0.55 Friday morning, which topped the consensus estimate of $0.52. The company also increased its full year 2009 EPS guidance to between $1.88 and $1.92, from prior expectations of $1.86 to $1.90.
IDEXX Laboratories Inc. gapped open lower Friday, but climbed for the majority of the session on above average volume. Shares finished up by $2.31 at $50.30 and closed at a 9 1/2 month high.
