Valassis Communications Inc. (VCI) traded steadily to the upside until noon Monday, but was range-bound for the remainder of the session. Shares finished up by $1.51 at $12.90.
Valassis Communications has been gaining ground for the last 3 weeks and closed Monday at its second consecutive new high for the year.
